The Center made their global appearance in the UAE exhibition industry by hosting the 2003 IMF Annual General Meetings. DICEC is a multifaceted convention venue that provides an adaptable and accommodating space of 60,000 sq mt. 場館介紹： 文化和科學(xué)宮（簡稱“PKiN”在波蘭）經(jīng)過3年的建設(shè)于1955年向公眾開放。這是一個對斯大林對波蘭人民的禮物。它一直引起積極和消極情緒，但整個波蘭現(xiàn)代文化中的意義不能高估。在波蘭最高建筑，230米的空中針，位于華沙的心臟Defilad廣場，和LEW Rudniew設(shè)故意宮殿的建筑設(shè)計(jì)類似于傳統(tǒng)的波蘭風(fēng)格，觀察在克拉科夫，扎莫希奇或海烏姆Rudniew僅舉幾例。 文化科學(xué)宮（Palak Kulturyi Nauki）位於市中心區(qū)耶路撒冷大道（Aleja Jerozolimskie）和馬沙爾科夫斯凱大道的交叉點(diǎn)、迪費(fèi)爾德（Defilad）廣場上一幢三十七層樓的乳白色建筑物，始建於一九五二年，完成於一九五五年，是當(dāng)年蘇聯(lián)史達(dá)林時代為拉攏波蘭成為其附庸國而送的禮物，有趣的是出錢的卻是波蘭自己。這座高兩百三十四公尺、十七層的宮殿，是華沙最大的建筑物，入口處有波蘭詩人密茨凱維奇和著名天文學(xué)家哥白尼的兩尊巨大塑像。
