管理溝通的關(guān)鍵是人際的溝通,溝通有很多方式比如:語言性的溝通和非語言性的溝通,管理溝通是為了提高管理決策正確性,上級要正確的把決策傳遞給下級,下級也要進(jìn)行積極的反饋,溝通的模式主要有4種 1 命令式的就是告訴下屬你要做什么?這種溝通適合完成一項極其復(fù)雜的工作,部下經(jīng)驗不足,缺乏主動。這是一種自上而下的溝通模式 The key for management communication is the interpersonal communication. Communication has many ways, for example,there are verbal communication and non-verbal communication. The purpose of management communication is to enhance the correctness in management decision-making. Superiors should correctly pass the decision to the lower levels, and subordinates also should actively give their feedback to higher levels.There are mainly four modes for communicattion: 1)Command-style. That is to tell the subordinates what they should do. This communication mode is suitable to complete a very complex task and the subordinates lacking of experience and iniative. This is a communication mode from higher level to lower level. 教導(dǎo)式 幫助部下熱愛他的工作。為了提高能力給予持續(xù)的指導(dǎo),為了避免熱情下降而強(qiáng)化支持。并贊揚部下 這是一種自上而下為主的溝通模式 這種模式適合部下比較主動且具有較為豐富的工作經(jīng)驗與熱情 2)Teaching style.That is to help subordinates love their jobs. In order to enhance their ablility superiors provide their continuous guidance, and in order to avoid the subordinaries from the reduction of enthusiasm they strengthen their suppot to the lower, and commend the lower.This is a communication mode mainly from higher level to lower level, and is suitable to the situation that the subordinates have relatively active spirit and relatively rich working experience and enthusiasm. 3)Authorization style.That is to emphasize common discussion, respect and appreciate subordinates. this mode is suitable to the situation that the higher level has very close relationship with the lower level, and the subordinates can independantly and effectively fulfill their jobs. 授權(quán)式 強(qiáng)調(diào) 共同討論 尊重并欣賞部下 適合和部下關(guān)系非常親密而且他們能夠獨立且有效地工作
